In order to avoid violations of the migration legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and comply with the rules of stay, we kindly ask you to make registration at the place of temporary stay, in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 593 dated 28.09.2020 "On measures to simplify the registration procedures for foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Registration at the place of temporary stay can be carried out by contacting to the territorial departments of migration and citizenship registration of internal affairs bodies or to accommodation facilities (hotels).

Registration at the place of temporary stay is carried out after entering the Republic of Uzbekistan within three days by contacting the accommodation facilities (hotels) or the territorial departments of migration
and registration of citizenship.

In accordance with Article 225 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, noncompliance by foreign citizens with the established registration rules for up to ten days - entails the imposition of a fine in the amount of five basic calculation amount (BCA).

Violation of the rules of stay for more than ten, but not more than thirty days - entails the imposition of a fine in the amount of ten BCA.

Violation of the rules of stay in the Republic of Uzbekistan for more than thirty days - entails the imposition of a fine in the amount of twenty BCA.
