A key principle in the activities of state institutions has become fostering an open and constructive dialogue with the population, in accordance with the priorities established by the Head of State.
In this regard, officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its territorial departments held a series of personal receptions on November 2 to examine citizens' appeals, address their legal and social concerns, and protect their legitimate interests.
During these events, a total of 427 appeals concerning various areas of the internal affairs system were received. In reviewing the appeals, special attention was given to a thorough analysis of citizens’ real needs, as well as the identification and systematic resolution of long-standing issues.
Of the total appeals, 205 (48%) were resolved positively on the spot, while 222 (52%) required additional study. For these, specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials to ensure close monitoring and timely resolution.
A total of 310 additional appeals were received during personal receptions held by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Tashkent City and Tashkent Region Departments of Internal Affairs, and regional departments of internal affairs throughout the country. Of these, 108 (35%) were resolved positively, while 202 (65%) were taken under strict supervision for further examination.
All internal affairs bodies at all levels continue to organize personal and mobile receptions in a systematic manner. These efforts play an important role in strengthening public trust, ensuring transparency, and establishing an internal affairs system that responds promptly to citizen needs.
