The National Central Bureau of Interpol in the Republic of Uzbekistan plays a pivotal role in international collaboration by engaging in various operational activities aimed at combating transnational crime. As part of its efforts to combat international criminal activities, the Bureau also conducts search operations.
To achieve these objectives, the Bureau enhances intra- and inter-agency cooperation by organizing training sessions and working group meetings that involve law enforcement agencies and relevant ministries and departments.
In the first month of the second half of the year, a series of events was held under the auspices of the General Secretariat of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol). The National Central Bureau of Interpol in Uzbekistan coordinated these initiatives with the support of the European Union.
Participants included representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Security Service, and the Ministry of Ecology. Through these engagements, INTERPOL provided these agencies with valuable access to its information resources and tools, thereby increasing their ability to combat crime effectively.
The National Central Bureau of Interpol in Uzbekistan continues to play an essential role in facilitating international safety and security through its collaborative efforts.
