On January 12, the officials of the Investigation Department held a personal video conference with citizens living in Jizzakh, Andijan and Tashkent regions.
During the reception, appeals of 3 citizens were considered.
There have been two appeals regarding the conduct of investigations and the adopted decision, and one regarding incomplete pre-investigation actions.
One appeal was resolved positively on the spot, one appeal received an explanation, and the remaining appeal required additional investigation, so it was decided to focus on the execution of the remaining appeal.
