On March 29, Minister of Internal Affairs Aziz Tashpulatov, along with officials from the sector, held a personal reception for citizens as part of ensuring the effective implementation of the assigned tasks.
At the event, citizens' appeals regarding the activities of internal affairs bodies, pending problems, and complaints regarding admission to service (study) and reinstatement were considered.
During the reception, 255 appeals were received from the population on various issues, 233 of which were directly related to the activities of internal affairs bodies, including 124 on reinstatement to internal affairs bodies, 59 on problems related to inquiry and investigation activities, 25 on dissatisfaction with the actions of internal affairs officers, 16 on social protection of employees, 7 on the issue of employment (study) in internal affairs bodies, and 2 on the transfer of convicts to another facility for the execution of punishment.
Moreover, 13 of the appeals received at the reception requested solutions for economic and social problems. Letters of appreciation were also received from 4 citizens during the event.
56 (22 percent) of the appeals were positively resolved, and the implementation of 199 (78 percent) appeals requiring in-depth study was monitored.
When considering applications, particular attention is paid to resolving long-standing concerns based on the needs and demands of the population, as well as to the practical restoration of individual and legal rights.
The heads of internal affairs bodies at all levels continue to engage with the population through live conversations and mobile receptions.
