Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

During the working visit of the Uzbek delegation, led by Bekzod Musayev, the Director of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to Russia, relevant issues of mutual interest were discussed.

The delegation also included Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Bekmurod Abdullaev and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Olimjon Abdullaev. The meeting was attended by heads of a number of structural divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The parties discussed issues related to the activities of internal affairs bodies. They exchanged experiences in maintaining public order and digitizing law enforcement activities. Particular attention was paid to information exchange issues between the two countries.

Following the meeting, the aim was expressed to continue active relations between Russia and Uzbekistan in order to strengthen security and develop mutual cooperation in law enforcement.
