The second Sunday of November is solemnly celebrated every year in our country as the professional holiday of doctors.

Today, medical department employees from the DIA of Samarkand region attended a festive event on the occasion of the day, in which respect and honour were shown to the medical professionals.

The head of the regional Internal Affairs Department, Colonel Rakhmat Mamatov, who participated in the event, read out the holiday greetings of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the medical staff.

On the holiday occasion, several employees, doctors, and medical staff members who have served the medical department for many years were awarded certificates of appreciation and souvenirs.
