A training seminar aimed at improving the effectiveness of work with citizens’ appeals and strengthening recruitment efforts within the internal affairs system was held at the Namangan Regional Internal Affairs Department.

The event was conducted with the participation of the Deputy Head of the regional department and involved personnel from the Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs and Personnel Service, deputy heads of sectoral services, city and district internal affairs departments responsible for spiritual and enlightenment affairs, as well as other relevant officials.

As part of the seminar, participants discussed the ongoing work related to the consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities. A particular focus was placed on ensuring that applications are reviewed lawfully, objectively, and in a timely manner, as well as improving the overall quality of citizen interactions.

Additionally, the meeting discussed measures being taken to attract qualified candidates to vacant positions within internal affairs bodies. The discussion focused on improving recruitment processes, identifying existing challenges, and improving efforts to select and engage capable individuals for service. The responsible officials were provided with practical recommendations and instructions to address the identified shortcomings in this area.

The participants also assessed the level of physical fitness and combat readiness of the personnel. The emphasis was placed on enhancing physical and special training, enhancing professional competencies, and ensuring that all employees are fully prepared to perform their duties.

Following the seminar, the leadership outlined priority tasks for eliminating existing problems, ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of assigned responsibilities, and further improving service performance across all divisions.
