On May 10, a mobile reception for citizens was held at the Bukhara Regional Internal Affairs Department under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the Department for Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs and Human Resources, Colonel Diyorbek Sattarov. A meeting was held as part of ongoing efforts to ensure the protection of citizens' rights and interests, strengthen direct communication with the population, and address social issues locally.
Held in an open and sincere atmosphere, the reception brought together more than 40 citizens who raised appeals on a wide range of issues. The majority of the requests concerned employment and reinstatement within internal affairs bodies, inquiry processes, and preliminary investigations, as well as social support and assistance. In addition, several participants expressed their satisfaction with the work of the system and expressed their appreciation to the leadership and employees of the internal affairs bodies.
During the reception, around 15 appeals were resolved on the spot. For issues requiring additional review and detailed analysis, responsible sectoral leaders were given specific assignments. In addition, ministry and regional leadership took their resolutions under strict supervision.
A memorable event of the reception was the ceremonial presentation of first passports to an age-eligible group of young men and women. Passports were personally handed over by the leadership in an effort to promote patriotic values and to encourage young people to take an active role in society.
These open dialogue platforms and grassroots initiatives continue to play an important role in building public trust in state institutions, addressing citizens' concerns timely, and strengthening the relationship between law enforcement and the general public.
