Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Colonel Diyorbek Sattarov held a mobile reception as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen open dialogue with the public and ensure the timely consideration of citizens' appeals.

During the meeting, citizens raised a range of issues related to the activities of the internal affairs bodies. These issues included personnel matters and social support for employees.

In total, 70 appeals were reviewed, including 60 submitted directly during the reception and 10 received online from the regions via videoconference.

Most of the appeals within the internal affairs system involved employment-related issues. Particularly, 30 appeals related to reinstatement to service, 17 to transfers to other duty stations, and 5 to employment opportunities.

Participants also raised questions regarding financial assistance, housing provision, service conditions improvement, and other social issues.

Most of the appeals were resolved during the reception, while responsible officials were assigned specific tasks to study and address issues that needed further review.
