The event, organized in collaboration with the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs, brought together key leaders, faculty heads, instructors, and cadets.
During his address, Rustam Khatamov highlighted how the dual education model, which was initiated by the President, is reshaping how top-tier personnel are trained for internal affairs. The meeting concluded with a set of clear objectives: improving the balance between theory and practice, enhancing the quality of education, organizing effective practical training, and ensuring that cadets receive individual attention.
