The service in internal affairs bodies requires a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment. The Senior Sergeant of the Operational Task Force of the Namangan Regional Internal Affairs Department, Ikromjon Adashev, demonstrates these qualities not only in his professional duties, but also through his remarkable achievements in sports.

Having mastered hand-to-hand combat and universal combat, Ikromjon has earned the prestigious title of International Master of Sports. Since 2020, he has proudly represented Uzbekistan as a member of the national team, achieving notable success on the international arena.

He states, "Sport is a true school of life for me.". He explains that every victory in the ring is the result of hard work and patience developed during training. I feel an even greater sense of responsibility to my country when I see the Uzbekistan flag raised high during international competitions."

It is important to note that his coach, Lieutenant Colonel Z. Umrzakov, Deputy Chairman of the regional council of the Dynamo Sports School under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, contributed significantly to his success. Speaking about his mentor, Ikromjon expressed deep gratitude:

"I owe a great deal of my success to my coach. My strength has always come from his tactical guidance and moral support, especially during challenging competitions in countries such as Georgia, Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan. I have learned from him not only the skills of sport, but also the values of being a dedicated officer and serving the motherland with loyalty."

Today, Ikromjon Adashev continues to succeed both in the sporting arena and in his professional service, faithfully serving to maintain public order.
