As part of these efforts, a mobile reception was held in the “Gulzori” mahalla of Chust district, where officials met with local residents and listened to their concerns. During the event, 14 appeals covering various issues were received and carefully reviewed.
Appeals were processed in accordance with established procedures, and citizens received detailed legal explanations of their concerns. The relevant sectoral service leaders were given clear instructions to manage issues requiring further investigation in a timely and efficient manner.
