The regional Department of Internal Affairs leadership continues to implement systematic and wide-ranging efforts aimed at preventing crime, improving the effectiveness of preventive measures, and maintaining a stable public safety environment.
The regional working group conducted on-site studies in several mahallas in Pop and Mingbulok districts as part of this project. Representatives of the local authorities, the prosecutor's office, and other relevant agencies participated in these activities. During the visits, particular attention was paid to evaluating the performance of preventive inspectors, identifying community concerns, assessing the effectiveness of ongoing prevention efforts, and analyzing the overall crime situation in each area.
In addition, the studies examined the underlying causes and contributing factors of family-related offenses. As a result of the findings, concrete guidelines have been issued to ensure safe mahalla environments, strengthen early prevention mechanisms, respond more effectively to citizens' appeals, enhance interagency cooperation, and improve accountability.
