During a videoconference meeting chaired by the Head of State on March 13 of this year, particular emphasis was placed on fundamentally improving the system for handling public appeals. In this regard, clear instructions were given to move away from outdated practices and introduce more effective, targeted, and responsive mechanisms for engaging with citizens.

As a result of these directives, the leadership of the Sirdarya regional internal affairs bodies has organized targeted mobile receptions in mahallas with a high volume of appeals. A key objective of these visits is to strengthen direct communication with residents, identify issues on the spot, and ensure prompt resolution of those issues.

The next mobile reception was held in the "Obod Yurt" mahalla, bringing together the head of the regional department, community representatives, and local residents.

During the reception, around 20 citizens submitted a total of 17 appeals, proposals, and initiatives. Most of the issues raised were related to employment, financial assistance, probation, and early release.

The majority of appeals were reviewed on site with the participation of relevant officials, and practical solutions were provided without delay. Specific deadlines were established for matters requiring further consideration, and their implementation was placed under the direct supervision of the department’s leadership.

These mobile receptions continue to be organized systematically across the region in order to respond to public concerns in a timely and effective manner and to strengthen public trust in state institutions.
