The purpose of this initiative is to enhance the legal awareness and professional culture of internal affairs personnel through systematic and targeted events.
Particularly, the department's units responsible for spiritual and enlightenment activities, in collaboration with the personnel service, have organized training sessions, psychological workshops, essay contests and intellectual competitions, as well as educational visits to museums with staff participation.
These initiatives contribute to the further development of employees’ legal knowledge, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Additionally, special attention is being given to developing a healthy moral and psychological environment within teams, preventing possible negative situations during service, and building mutual respect, cohesion, and unity among personnel.
