Based on instructions provided by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the videoconference meeting held on March 13, 2026, as well as the Ministry of Internal Affairs' directive, a series of training sessions were held at the Chust District Cultural Center.
A working group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including specialists from the regional department, provided the training sessions through modern and interactive methods. Prevention inspectors from the Pop, Chust, Turakurgan, and Mingbulak districts took part in the program.
Particular emphasis was placed on the substance and practical implementation of Presidential Resolutions No. PP-1 and PP-2 of January 5, 2026, with a focus on early crime prevention and improving the public appeal system.
In addition, the training enhanced the practical skills of prevention inspectors in key areas such as crime prevention at the mahalla level, effective engagement with the public, and the effective use of modern information technology.
Such mobile training initiatives play an important role in strengthening the system for working with citizens’ appeals and in further transforming internal affairs bodies into a more open, professional, and people-oriented institution capable of responding promptly and effectively to public needs.
