The First Deputy Head of the Investigation Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Mansur Sattarov, held a mobile reception for residents of Namangan city, as well as Davlatabad and Yangi Namangan districts. The reception was held at the Namangan City Education Center.
During the meeting, a total of 18 citizen appeals related to the investigation, inquiry, and pre-investigation processes were reviewed.
The emphasis was particularly placed on solving issues on the spot and providing citizens with practical legal assistance. Representatives of the Investigation Department, as well as internal affairs leaders from the city and district, attended the reception to ensure effective outcomes.
The majority of appeals were addressed directly during the reception. The further consideration of cases requiring additional time was controlled through detailed legal explanations.
Such mobile receptions play a significant role in strengthening direct dialogue with citizens and ensuring the timely resolution of their concerns.
