The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to conduct comprehensive field inspections throughout the country as part of ongoing reforms aimed at strengthening public safety and maintaining order.
In this regard, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Bakhodir Mirzarakhimov, visited the Khorezm region to review the operations of the Department of Transport Security and the “Safe Tourism” system.
A particular focus was placed on the measures implemented in the transport sector to enhance passenger convenience, ensure public safety, and prevent violations during the visit. Modern technologies were carefully evaluated, including surveillance cameras and digital monitoring systems.
The review also covered the conditions created for both domestic and international tourists within the framework of the “Safe Tourism” system. It also covered the mechanisms to ensure their safety and comfort.
