Kashkadarya Regional Internal Affairs Department conducted an on-site review in Koson district aimed at improving service quality, strengthening public safety, and protecting citizens' rights.

During the visit, special attention was paid to the handling of citizens' appeals. Officials carefully examined the documentation collected by the district's Internal Affairs Department and provided clear instructions to their staff to ensure that all requests are reviewed promptly, thoroughly, and accurately.

Criminal cases involving cybercrime were also reviewed separately. The relevant tasks were established to enhance the effectiveness of investigative and inquiry processes in this area, reflecting the increasing relevance of addressing modern, technology-driven crime.

The working group also reviewed the legality and transparency of contracts concluded by citizens at local shopping centers, including the "Ishonch" and "Imkon" stores. A number of measures were outlined as a means of better protecting consumer rights and preventing potential violations from occurring.

The inspection also covered the security conditions of retail and consumer service facilities in the district center. Prevention inspectors were given specific instructions to strengthen safety measures and improve oversight at these locations.

Moreover, in order to ensure safer traffic conditions, the responsible authorities were tasked with installing modern traffic lights at high-speed intersections. The purpose of these measures is to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles during their movements.

These studies play a vital role in maintaining peace and stability in the region and protecting citizens' legitimate interests and rights.
