The head of the Sirdarya Regional Internal Affairs Department continues to strengthen direct engagement with citizens through mobile receptions aimed at timely addressing public concerns.

Following the directives set forth by the Head of State during the videoconference on March 13, particular emphasis has been placed on transforming the appeals system into one that is more effective, targeted, and responsive.

As part of this approach, targeted mobile receptions are being organized in areas with a high volume of requests. In Sirdarya district, an event of this nature took place in the "Adolat" mahalla.

A reception organized by the head of the regional department brought together the district governor, heads of relevant organizations, and local residents, including women, elderly individuals, and youth.

The open dialogue was attended by 25 participants who raised a total of 37 appeals, proposals, and initiatives. A number of topics were discussed during the meeting, including employment, road repairs, housing provision, healthcare, cadastral matters, as well as court and investigative documents. Many of these concerns were reviewed on the spot by responsible officials, and practical steps were taken to resolve them.

While the majority of appeals were addressed immediately, those requiring additional review were assigned to relevant officials with clear deadlines and placed under strict monitoring.

These mobile receptions play a significant role in ensuring timely solutions to citizens’ concerns and strengthening public trust in state institutions.
