The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with its territorial divisions, continues to organize mobile receptions across the country. The purpose of these events is to effectively engage with citizens, thoroughly review their appeals, and take practical steps to resolve existing problems.
The Head of State continues to place a high priority on maintaining an open, transparent, and continuous dialogue with the population. Accordingly, internal affairs bodies are consistently working to analyze citizens' needs in a timely manner and to address incoming applications in accordance with the law.
On March 29, another large-scale mobile reception was held under the leadership of Minister of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant General Aziz Tashpulatov, with responsible officials. To ensure convenience for citizens, both in-person and remote formats were used: residents of Tashkent city and region were received face-to-face, while citizens from the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions participated via videoconference.
During the reception, a total of 521 appeals were registered. Most of them concerned financial disputes between citizens, road safety, inquiry and preliminary investigation processes, as well as personnel-related matters. Of these, 250 appeals were resolved on the spot. The remaining 271 cases, which required additional review, were taken under control and referred to relevant authorities with specific instructions.
Similarly, regional leaders of internal affairs conducted similar receptions in their regions, where 475 appeals were received. 185 of these issues were resolved immediately, and 290 were forwarded for further consideration.
Throughout the receptions, citizens were provided with detailed information on legal issues and practical guidance on how to resolve their concerns.
All regions are engaged in such outreach activities on a continuous basis, contributing to a greater level of responsiveness, transparency, and public confidence.
