The MIA Leadership reviewed the construction and modernization of railway stations in Tashkent region

The leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan inspected the progress of ongoing construction and reconstruction works at railway stations in Tashkent region.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Bakhodir Mirzarakhimov, visited the Bozsuv railway station in Chirchik, where large-scale modernization efforts are underway. The works are aimed at upgrading the station in line with modern standards, improving infrastructure, and strengthening security measures.
As part of the visit, construction activities at the Parkent railway station in the Parkent district were also inspected. An emphasis was placed on introducing modern service systems, ensuring passenger safety, and enhancing the region's tourism potential by creating convenient conditions for both domestic and international visitors.
During the inspection, responsible officials were given specific instructions regarding the quality and pace of construction, as well as strict adherence to established deadlines. Issues related to maintaining public safety and strengthening service discipline were also discussed.
It was noted that these projects play a significant role in the continued development of railway infrastructure, improving the quality of transport services, and providing passengers with safe and modern facilities.
