The Mobile Reception of the Deputy Minister in Surkhandarya focused on addressing citizens’ concerns

A mobile reception was held by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Surkhandarya region as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen open and effective dialogue with the public.
On March 26, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for Compliance and Internal Control, Colonel Rustam Mirzaev, met with citizens at the building of the People’s Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the reception, a wide range of appeals were carefully reviewed, including issues related to combating corruption within the system, ensuring service discipline and legality, increasing transparency in official activities, as well as matters concerning investigation and inquiry processes, employment and reinstatement, road safety, and the protection of citizens’ rights and legal interests.
Most of the appeals were resolved positively on the spot. Issues requiring additional review were taken under control. Specific instructions were given to responsible officials and their execution strictly monitored.
Such open and direct engagement with the public plays a significant role in identifying pressing concerns, finding practical solutions, and strengthening trust in state institutions.
