A Belarusian delegation visited the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

As part of an official visit to Uzbekistan, a delegation from the Republic of Belarus, led by Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee Anatoly Vasilev, visited the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A brief overview of the Academy's activities and infrastructure was conducted prior to the visit. The guests toured the Information Resource Center, the Center for Monitoring and Quality Control of Education, the sports complex, and other key facilities, where they were introduced to the facilities of the institute and the modern educational environment.
The delegation was highly impressed by the conditions created at the Academy as well as the reforms and innovative approaches currently underway that aim to enhance the quality of employee training.
Following the tour, a meeting was held with the Head of the Academy, Rustam Khatamov. The parties exchanged views on the current state of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus, reviewed the results achieved under existing agreements, and identified priority areas for further development.
It was noted that bilateral relations between the two countries are steadily expanding in various sectors, including law enforcement. In recent years, a special emphasis has been placed on the growing exchange of experience between specialized educational institutions.
Accordingly, Anatoly Vasilev has emphasized that there is considerable potential for further expanding multifaceted cooperation, and expressed confidence that the current visit would enhance relations and enrich them to a new level.
The positive and constructive meeting focused on developing cooperation in education, implementing joint programs, organizing advanced training courses for faculty and students, enhancing law enforcement practices, and promoting best practices.
Following the talks, both parties expressed their readiness to deepen cooperation, emphasizing the productive and open nature of the dialogue.
