The Academy organizes training seminars for "Mahalla Seven" in Tashkent districts

The leadership of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is currently conducting a series of seminars and training sessions for representatives of the “mahalla seven” in the Mirzo Ulugbek, Chilanzar, and Yangihayot districts of the capital.
In the training programs, mahalla chairpersons, governor assistants, youth leaders, women's activists, and prevention inspectors are brought together with the purpose of improving the overall effectiveness of the system and enhancing inter-agency cooperation.
A wide range of relevant topics are covered in the seminars in order to enhance professional competence. Training sessions are conducted in an interactive format by representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, members of the judiciary, and professors and instructors from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The program also includes meetings with responsible officials to discuss pressing socioeconomic issues in local communities. The purpose of these discussions is to formulate practical proposals and recommendations for improving the performance of the system, define strategic priorities, and introduce new approaches for improving its efficiency.
The knowledge and skills of participants will be assessed following the completion of the training in order to ensure the effectiveness of the program.
