The Sirdarya region conducted a series of field visits to assess security arrangements and improve the efficiency of service across key facilities and territorial divisions.
The Head of the Regional Internal Affairs Department began the visit to the new power generation plant of ACWA Power located in Shirin city. During the inspection, particular attention was paid to the security of this strategically significant facility, the organization of the security service, and the working conditions provided for personnel.
The officials reviewed the measures to maintain public order on site, the compliance with technical safety requirements, and the implementation of modern monitoring and control systems. Additionally, the material and technical assistance provided to the security personnel as well as the efforts made to ensure an effective organization of service were thoroughly analyzed. A number of relevant instructions have been issued in order to enhance security, prevent emergencies, and maintain regional stability.
Further, the visit continued at the Boyovut District Internal Affairs Department, where the head of the Department became familiar with the conditions created for employees, including office premises, technical facilities, and the general situation on the ground.
Particular focus was placed on improving service efficiency, ensuring proper working conditions for personnel, and maintaining strict discipline and internal order. Ongoing improvement works and sanitary conditions were also reviewed.
An open dialogue with staff was held to gain their opinions and proposals, and specific tasks were outlined to address existing deficiencies, enhance service organization, and strengthen public safety.
It was stressed that providing decent working conditions for personnel directly influences their sense of responsibility and overall effectiveness.
