The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted an open dialogue with youth

An open and meaningful dialogue was held with the leadership of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the framework of the "Thursday - Youth Day" initiative.
Head of the Academy, Rustam Khatamov, visited Academic Lyceum No. 1 of the Ministry in Tashkent as part of the "Leader and Youth" meeting program. This event brought together students, teachers, and alumni of the lyceum who are currently enrolled at the Academy.
A sincere and open atmosphere prevailed during the meeting. The Head of the Academy listened attentively to the views and aspirations of students preparing to join the ranks of internal affairs bodies, offering guidance and encouragement to them as they plan for their futures.
In his address, Rustam Khatamov emphasized that in today’s Uzbekistan, special attention is being given to unlocking the potential of young people and developing human capital. In his remarks, he stressed that youth issues remain a priority in the wide-ranging reforms being implemented across the country, suggesting that the future of New Uzbekistan depends on the knowledge, dedication, and initiative of the younger generation.
Participants were encouraged to recognize their responsibilities for the future, pursue education with determination, master modern skills and knowledge, overcome challenges, and strive for excellence. The importance of professionalism, integrity, courage, patriotism, and a strong sense of duty were highlighted in the discussion.
Additionally, cadets addressed the gathering, sharing their experiences and expressing gratitude for the opportunities provided for their education and development. Students were motivated by their achievements and personal examples.
Following the event, a number of students and teachers were recognized and encouraged for their initiative, dedication, and professionalism.
