The head of the DIA of Namangan region hosted a mobile reception for citizens in Chortok district

The leadership of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs continues to organize regular personal and mobile receptions to improve the system of working with citizens’ appeals, study the concerns of the population, and ensure their timely and effective resolution.
As part of these efforts, another mobile reception was held at the A. Navoiy mahalla of Chortok district, where citizens were given the opportunity to directly present their concerns to officials.
During the reception, 15 appeals from residents on various issues were heard and carefully reviewed. Citizens were provided with legal explanations and guidance in accordance with the established procedures for registering requests.
Heads of relevant sectoral services were assigned specific instructions and tasks for appeals requiring additional investigation. A special supervision has been placed on the implementation of these tasks in order to ensure their timely completion.
