A training seminar aimed at improving the practice of submitting administrative offense materials to courts was organized at the Sirdarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
During the seminar, participants analyzed administrative case documents submitted to the judicial authorities. They discussed the shortcomings identified during pre-investigation procedures and inquiry processes. Particular attention was given to common errors made in document preparation and registration.
