Another personal reception was held by the head of the Surkhandarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs in Denov district.

During the reception, representatives of individuals and legal entities submitted appeals concerning various socio-economic and legal matters. The issues raised included inquiries related to investigative processes, legal assessments of alleged violations of the law, financial disputes such as money exchanges and unauthorized withdrawals from bank cards, as well as matters concerning social protection and family relations.

Each appeal was carefully reviewed with relevant officials, and appropriate measures were identified to address the issues raised. In several cases, citizens were provided with detailed legal explanations according to current legislation.

For appeals requiring additional consideration and investigation, responsible officials were assigned specific tasks. The implementation of these tasks was placed under the direct supervision of the Head of the regional department, Colonel Timur Ismailov.
