meeting with employees serving at Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport to discuss measures aimed at improving service quality and strengthening security at airport facilities.
During the meeting, a number of priority tasks were outlined to further enhance security measures at airports, ensure prompt and high-quality service for passengers, and reinforce service discipline among personnel.
An emphasis was placed on effective use of modern information technologies, quick response mechanisms in emergencies, and the continuous development of employee skills.
The Deputy Minister noted that maintaining public order within airport premises and demonstrating a high level of courtesy and respect toward passengers and visitors remain among the key priorities of the service.
Responsible officials were provided with relevant instructions at the conclusion of the meeting in order to ensure the timely and effective implementation of the tasks identified.
