Mobile Reception held in Vobkent district to address citizens' concerns

On February 25, a mobile public reception was organized in the “Charmgaron” mahalla of the Vobkent district with the Head of the Bukhara Regional Department of Internal Affairs. The purpose of the reception was to directly address citizens' concerns and ensure their prompt and lawful resolution.
An open and constructive dialogue format provided the opportunity for residents to engage in face-to-face communication. In total, more than 15 appeals covering various issues were heard. The issues raised by citizens were carefully considered and practical measures were taken to facilitate their positive resolution in accordance with the law.
The majority of appeals were related to road safety and sectoral issues, access to loan allocations, requests for legal assistance in inquiry and preliminary investigation processes, social support and housing conditions, as well as applications from young people expressing a desire to serve in internal affairs bodies. Additionally, issues regarding probation supervision and other socio-legal issues were addressed.
Most appeals were resolved on the spot, and legal explanations were provided where necessary. Issues requiring further study and additional time were placed under the direct supervision of the Head of the Regional Internal Affairs Department. Specific instructions were issued to responsible sectoral service leaders to ensure their timely and effective resolution.
