Cadets from neighboring countries studying at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan participated in an event aimed at fostering open and constructive dialogue.
A meeting was held following the direct dialogue of the Minister of Internal Affairs with cadets and was intended to further motivate cadets, improve their professional competences, and encourage constructive initiatives.
At the event, speakers highlighted the priority goals and key directions of the large-scale reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan as part of the state youth policy. It was emphasized that young people aspiring to serve in internal affairs bodies must thoroughly master professional knowledge and practical skills, develop resilience, and prepare themselves to overcome the challenges inherent in the law enforcement service.
Particular attention was paid to the importance of a strong legal foundation in the internal affairs system. Cadets were encouraged not only to deeply study legislative acts and regulatory documents relevant to their profession, but also to effectively apply them in practice while strictly adhering to the principles of professional ethics and service discipline.
The dialogue also focused on fostering essential qualities such as dedication to the profession, loyalty to duty, perseverance, responsibility, and selflessness. Cadets were given the opportunity to share their views, proposals, and suggestions during the open format meeting.
