The leadership of the Department of Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs and Human Resources hosted a personal reception

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of work with citizens' appeals and to strengthen open and direct dialogue with the public, the Department of Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs and Human Resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to organize regular personal and on-site receptions.
Deputy Minister Sattarov Diyorbek Nematjonovich also hosted a reception of this type. The meeting focused on reviewing appeals submitted by both internal affairs officers and citizens. Each issue raised was thoroughly discussed, and specific measures were identified to ensure comprehensive review and lawful resolution.
During the reception, 32 citizens addressed the Deputy Minister - 25 in person and 7 via videoconference - addressing 32 individual issues. A detailed presentation of concerns was provided to all applicants. The Deputy Minister provided legal clarifications and practical guidance on the issues raised.
Appeals requiring additional review were placed under strict monitoring. Relevant officials were assigned clear instructions to ensure timely and lawful resolution, with follow-up monitoring established.
The appeals received primarily concerned reinstatement or re-admission to service (16 cases), employment (3 cases), transfer or rotation of service (7 cases), financial assistance (1 case), issues related to employee conduct (2 cases), a proposal (1 case), and matters related to benefits provided to employees and their family members (2 cases).
These receptions provide an opportunity for open communication, prompt problem-solving, and building trust between internal affairs bodies and the public.
