The leadership of the Namangan Regional Internal Affairs Department continues systematic efforts to enhance the effectiveness of working with citizens’ appeals, thoroughly review existing issues, and ensure their timely and practical resolution.
As part of these initiatives, a mobile reception was held in the “Orzu” mahalla of Davlatabad district. During the event, 14 citizens addressed the leadership with appeals on various matters. Each issue raised was carefully considered and comprehensively reviewed.
Applicants were provided with detailed legal explanations and guidance regarding all applications that were properly registered in accordance with established procedures.
A specific instruction was issued to the heads of relevant sectoral services for appeals requiring further investigation. The execution of these assignments has been placed under separate monitoring to ensure timely and lawful resolution.
