The visit began in the “Vatan” mahalla of Navoi city, an area with a challenging crime situation. Existing shortcomings were critically discussed, and responsible officials were given clear and targeted instructions to address deficiencies and enhance their overall effectiveness.
The Deputy Minister then visited the Security Service under the Regional Department of Internal Affairs. The introduction and application of modern technologies was assessed, particularly through the activities of the Operational Response Center. Leaders were instructed to further advance the full digitalization of public security systems to strengthen crime prevention and improve response efficiency.
Additionally, the operations of the rapid response headquarters in Navoi city were analyzed, focusing on maintaining public order, ensuring safety, and stabilizing criminogenic situations. The performance of the headquarters was critically reviewed, and necessary recommendations were provided.
A special emphasis was also placed on ensuring reliable security in crowded areas and entertainment venues. Night-shift officers were interviewed, and additional instructions were issued to create a safer environment and maintain stability.
