The head of the DIA of Andijan region reviewed nighttime safety measures in Andijan city

The leadership of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs conducted a comprehensive review of ongoing efforts to ensure public safety in Andijan city, drawing on the positive practices of the “Chilanzar experience.”
During the visit, a particular focus was placed on the activities of the operational headquarters under the Andijan City Department of Internal Affairs. Local officials discussed existing issues within the mahallas and coordinated measures to address them with responsible officials. A number of additional tasks were outlined to further strengthen this work.
The leadership also reviewed the performance of officers serving at Base Station No. 42 in the Bunyodkor mahalla. An explanation and practical guidance were provided for enhancing efforts aimed at creating a safe and secure environment, as well as preventing crime and other offenses early on.
In addition, security systems installed by the Security Service at commercial, service, and social facilities were inspected for technical condition. Entrepreneurs were informed about the importance of connecting their facilities to centralized security systems as an effective protection against potential incidents.
Following the review, specific instructions were given to speed up the digitalization process, particularly in areas with higher crime risks, in an effort to improve prevention measures.
