The head of the DIA of Namangan region held another citizens’ reception

The leadership of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs held another personal reception for citizens at the department’s administrative building, continuing its practice of open dialogue and direct engagement with the public.
During the reception, 37 appeals covering various issues were carefully reviewed. A detailed legal explanation and practical recommendations based on current legislation were provided to each applicant in accordance with established procedures.
Appeals requiring additional investigation were forwarded to the relevant sectoral services. Clear tasks were assigned to responsible officials, specific deadlines were set, and their implementation was placed under strict monitoring.
