Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan organized a personal reception for citizens, led by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Bakhtiyar Torebekov, to review issues related to the activities of internal affairs bodies.

During the reception, citizens’ appeals, proposals, and complaints were carefully heard and considered. The issues raised primarily concerned the maintenance of law and order, restoration of violated rights, investigative procedures, as well as passport visas and other administrative services. The Minister personally reviewed each appeal in detail.

A number of issues were resolved positively during the meeting. Appeals requiring additional investigation were taken under special control to ensure their lawful and timely resolution.

A key priority for the internal affairs bodies is to maintain an open dialogue with citizens and to promptly address their concerns. Providing such personal receptions contributes to strengthening cooperation with the public and ensuring the principles of legality, transparency, and fairness.
