The Kashkadarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs organized a reception for individuals and representatives of legal entities at its public reception office. The reception aimed at strengthening direct dialogue with citizens and ensuring the protection of their lawful rights and interests.

During the reception, appeals regarding the activities of the investigative and preventive services, as well as employment issues within internal affairs bodies, were carefully reviewed. A number of practical measures have been taken to address the concerns raised by applicants.

A number of appeals were clarified on the spot, and citizens received detailed legal explanations. Appeals requiring additional time for investigation were taken under separate control, and responsible officials were instructed to ensure their lawful and timely resolution.

Concerning matters that could not be resolved immediately, relevant instructions were issued, and their implementation was monitored.

In this regard, efforts are continuing, with a continued emphasis on responding promptly to citizens' concerns and maintaining public trust.
