The head of the DIA of Samarkand region hosted a mobile reception in Narpay district

The Head of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Major General Tokhir Aripov, conducted a mobile reception at the Public Reception Center in Narpay district in order to strengthen open dialogue with the public and to directly address citizens' concerns.
The reception was attended by more than 20 citizens who presented their appeals and proposals. The issues raised primarily concerned crime prevention, the maintenance of public order, the strengthening of peace and stability in neighborhoods, employment opportunities within the internal affairs bodies, and the resolution of socioeconomic issues.
During the meeting, the Head of the Department emphasized that every appeal would be carefully reviewed and addressed strictly within the law framework.
A number of issues were resolved on the spot, while appeals that required additional time and study were taken under supervision. The responsible officials were provided with specific instructions to ensure that the issues are resolved in a timely and legal manner.
The mobile reception once again demonstrated the commitment of the internal affairs bodies to transparency, responsiveness, and close cooperation with the public.
