Fergana Regional DIA leadership hosted another citizens’ reception

The leadership of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs held another personal reception for individuals and representatives of legal entities as part of ongoing efforts to maintain an open dialogue and ensure the lawful resolution of citizens’ concerns.
These meetings are conducted regularly to analyze public appeals in detail and provide practical solutions. During the latest reception, 22 applicants submitted appeals on various issues.
As a result of the review, 13 appeals were resolved positively. The remaining 9 appeals, which required additional comprehensive examination, were taken under special supervision. Responsible sector representatives were assigned specific tasks to monitor their implementation and ensure timely resolution.
The reception once again highlighted the department’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and effective cooperation with the public.
