The Road Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also hosted a personal reception for citizens to reaffirm the Service's commitment to open dialogue and responsive service.

During the reception, the Head of the Service listened to appeals related to improving road infrastructure, addressing traffic-related shortcomings, enhancing road safety through digital technologies, and obtaining permits for vehicle re-equipment.

The majority of requests were resolved positively on the spot. Appeals requiring additional investigation were taken under the direct supervision of the Head of Service, and responsible officials were instructed to ensure their timely and lawful resolution.

Such receptions play a significant role in strengthening cooperation with citizens and improving the quality and effectiveness of services in the field of road traffic safety.
