The Head of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs conducted a working visit to Asaka district to review the implementation of Presidential Resolutions No. PR-1 and PR-2 adopted on January 5, as well as measures being taken to ensure public safety based on the advanced “Chilanzar experience.”
During the visit, the activities of the “mahalla seven” in the Beruniy mahalla were critically analyzed. This included the effectiveness of crime and offense prevention measures implemented in line with approved roadmaps.
A number of special instructions have been issued in order to strengthen targeted preventive work with families experiencing conflict, ensure employment opportunities for youth and women, and address the behavior of individuals with a tendency to engage in antisocial behavior.
As part of the “Chilanzar experience,” the Head of the Department also closely reviewed efforts aimed at creating a safe environment, digitizing mahallas, and enhancing public safety through the use of modern technologies.
Particular attention was paid to the technical condition of the alarm and security systems installed by the Security Service in trade, service, and social facilities in the central area of Asaka district. The importance of connecting facilities to centralized security systems was explained to entrepreneurs.
Additionally, tasks were set out to accelerate the digitalization process to maintain order on central streets and in public spaces, as well as to strengthen early crime prevention measures in areas at high risk of offences.
