Fergana Regional Department of Internal leadership held personal reception for citizens and organizations

The Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs also hosted a personal reception for individuals and representatives of legal entities as part of ongoing efforts to ensure open dialogue and the lawful resolution of citizens' concerns.
The purpose of such receptions is to thoroughly review public appeals through direct communication and to provide practical solutions to them. During the latest reception, 59 individuals and organizational representatives submitted a total of 62 appeals on various issues.
The review resulted in the positive resolution of 19 appeals on the spot. Appeals that require a comprehensive investigation were placed under special control. Specific tasks were assigned to relevant sectoral officials in order to ensure quick implementation and timely resolution of the issues.
