The leadership of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs held another personal reception for citizens at the department’s main building, continuing efforts to maintain open dialogue and provide timely assistance to the public.
During the reception, a total of 34 appeals submitted by citizens on various issues were carefully reviewed. Each appeal was registered in accordance with established procedures, and applicants were provided with legal explanations and practical recommendations based on current legislation.
The appeals that required additional review were forwarded to the relevant sectoral services. The responsible officials were assigned clear tasks and deadlines, and strict supervision was maintained during the implementation of these measures.
