The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has organized a dialogue event for cadets from neighboring countries that are currently undergoing training.
A meeting was organized as part of the Minister of Internal Affairs' ongoing dialogue with youth within the system in order to motivate cadets, enhance their professional qualities, and support their constructive initiatives.
During the event, speakers outlined the major priorities and directions of the large-scale reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in support of its national youth policy. Future internal affairs officers were specifically reminded of the importance of continuous self-development, which includes mastering professional knowledge and skills, preparing for the challenges of service, and becoming responsible and competent representatives of their chosen professions.
It was also noted that the activities of the internal affairs system are firmly grounded in the law. Cadets were encouraged to thoroughly study the relevant legislative acts, to understand their essence, to apply them effectively in practice, and to adhere strictly to the principles of professional ethics throughout their training.
In addition, participants discussed the importance of qualities such as dedication to the profession, loyalty to duty, perseverance, responsibility, and selflessness. They also discussed ways to cultivate these values.
In keeping with the spirit of open dialogue, the suggestions and opinions of young cadets were heard and discussed.
