Personal receptions of residents by the leadership of regional, district, and city internal affairs bodies are being held regularly across the Tashkent region as part of efforts to ensure the timely and effective resolution of citizens’ appeals.
As previously reported, such receptions are held on a weekly basis. Most recently, a personal reception in an open dialogue format was held in the building of the Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs. During the reception, citizens’ appeals were reviewed by the deputy heads of the regional department.
During parallel receptions, the heads of the district and city internal affairs bodies also addressed appeals related to the activities of the internal affairs bodies. The issues raised in each appeal were carefully considered, and appropriate measures were identified to address them.
The majority of appeals were resolved positively during the reception process. For issues requiring additional action, specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials, and their execution was taken under strict control.
These regular receptions play a significant role in promptly identifying existing problems and ensuring their effective resolution. This strengthens trust between the public and internal affairs bodies.
