As part of ongoing efforts to engage directly with the public and address their concerns, a reception was held at the building of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
During the reception, 23 appeals submitted by citizens on various issues were reviewed. All appeals were accepted in accordance with established procedures, and applicants were provided with the necessary legal explanations and guidance.
Appeals that required additional investigation were taken under special control. Relevant instructions were issued to the heads of sectoral services, and the implementation of assigned tasks will be monitored separately to ensure timely and effective resolution.
